Biography of Carol Rogers

Carol holds a Masters and Bachelors degree in Education and is certified in Early Childhood education.  She has worked in a variety of early childhood programs-including parent cooperatives, home-based Title 1, Montessori and for the past 20 years, in the Waukesha County Head Start/Early Head Start program in Wisconsin.  There she has directed the Early Head Start Program, both home and center-based, for the past 11 years.  During that time she has had the opportunity to design and facilitate construction on a variety of infant/toddler environments, both refitting existing spaces as well as new construction. Her passion is nurturing both families and staff to be the best they can be for babies and young children.
